Your Sun & Moon

You ask for the sun
I say you got it darlin let me get my fire proof rope and wrap it around
and I pull and pull but it doesnt seem to work.
I tell you I can give you the sun with a smile or with a laugh
that Ill be the sun even when it rains.

has it is shining in the night sky
I say you got it darlin and I pertend to toss a rope around it like Indian Jones
but like the sun it doesnt work.
I tell you I can be the moon brighting up your night with a smile or with a laugh
even if there is no stars in the sky.
Ill be the light in all the darkness
